4.What is your 'just one rupee a day' initiative?
Just one Rupee A Day or JORAD, is a new funding initiative launched to fund the ongoing activities of project why It aims
at creating a wide donor base where every donor will be asked to commit one rupee a day or 360 rupees a year (8 dollars). One rupee a day is a sum
that the poorest in india can contribute and feel included. Project WHY believes that any development activity should have continuity and duration in
time and hence its funding options should be affordable and doable by everyone. This will ensure replicability of the project. In
time, we dream taking primary education to local communities and have them fund the initiatives themselves.you can read the full vision of this approach
